The very first camera I ever owned was a Canon PowerShot A75 (3.2mp!), which I got after I graduated high school in 2004. Prior to that, I was a web designer and worked with musicians. As MySpace started becoming more popular in 2005, I started designing MySpace layouts for the artists I had previously worked with, and others. I started getting asked by clients if I could take pictures, as well, so I borrowed a camera from a friend (after trying two "photoshoots" with my trusty point-and-shoot) and eventually invested in my first "real" camera, a Canon Rebel XTi.

I still design music MySpace profiles, but prefer to design layouts which include my own photos because I usually feel more inspired.
